Getting PVR Feed To Another TV

What's the best way of getting the feed from a Humax PVR 9300T connected to one TV, to another TV in a different room? In this instance the two rooms are quite far apart so I'm ruling out very long SCART cables etc. Is there a way of doing this wirelessly that is any cheaper than just buying a second Hummy?
The idea being to record it in one room but play back in another...not my idea, just something a friend wanted to be able to do.
