in Water bills
I am 120.44 in credit on my water bill, the last period of charge (10th june-9th december!) was £102.47 and I pay £21 direct debit each month.
It says underneath that it will be reviewed with my next bill, is this normal?

Phone them and ask for an immediate review. They may try and stone wall you, but you could stop the DD and restart it for the next bill.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Remember that it's your DD, not theirs. You pay them what you agree to pay them, not what they might like to take.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

The DD amounts are only calculated in the first half of the year from what i understand, if you ring them up they can change it quite easliy0
