not sure about that one,the ratio of cost to profit is in favour of bank charges being more profitable and for a lot less effort,i dont see banks building vast machinery and using explosives and transport fleets to cargo a letter
I can only agree with you on that one, they're literally printing their own money.
Maybe if they hired, say, Nicholas Cage to personally hand deliver the charge letter to me, i might not be too peeved about coughing up the cash0 -

Nicholas Cage has his own (money) problems.
Make the charge resonable if there has to be one. But thats not good enough for those greedy b*****ds.
