Hi i wonder if someone can help me out
I took a new tmobile contract nearly 2 weeks ago, i got a g2 touch on the combi 35 deal, and the operator agreed to give me mobile internet for free, meaning my total contract is £25 per month.
I got a call today from tmobile to run through my contract and explain a few bits, but they said that the free internet is for 6 months only, rather than the 18 months of my contract, i then rang sales who confirmed this.
Now i am a little annoyed as i know for certain we agreed that it would be £25 for the length of the contract, the internet being free. The sales lady emailed the person who took my order, who should be calling me back in a few days, but i am not confident of being able to prove that the original lady offered me the whole contract.
I know this sounds like a small issue but it was sold to me at 25 a month and thats what i want it to be, that was my budget.
Do tmobile really record calls? and if so how do i go about getting this record? any other suggestions for things i can try? I really love the phone and the contract but i will give it up if i cant get this sorted, which i dont want to do.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks a lot

Very strange, as my self tuk out a contract combi 35 mega offer two weeks ago , got g2 18 months for 22.50 inclues unlimted text , 800 minutes x net family booster,
ask them to give you £5 loyality as its t-mobile fault itself, cause they knew they are in error thats the reason they called you to explain the situation, its not a big deal they should sort it out for you..0 -
actually they called me to run through my contract, apparently its standard procedure, so i don think they were admitting error, but i would like to push for more as ive heard a lot of people saying they got my deal, pretty much same as yours for a lot less, 21.50 or 22.50.
And i thought 25 was a good deal!0
