My 2 ks Sofia sets turned up today. Don't actually like them now I've seen them but not worth sending them back.

Just need to wait and see if the 3.95 gets refunded and they cost 5p, if they cost the £4 deducted or if they decide to charge me another 3.95 at a later date.

Will they have to inform me first if they decide to take more money??

no, they wont need to tell you, check previous page's posts, somebody posted the t&c's.
my bank said that if they have applied a card refund for the shipping amount, it can take up to 10 days to show on the account.

Had my order delivered today. Not sure I've got the right amount of pillowcases yet but will check properly later. Word of warning to anyone who is yet to make an order - the colours on the website aren't that accurate... the duvets I got look rather strange colours compared to what I thought I was getting lol.

Mine says despatched and due for delivery tomorrow! It says I've been charged £6, they have taken £9.95 out of my bank but it says I'm due for a £3.95 refund.

If I only pay £6 I'll be very happy but even if I end up paying £9.95 I'll still be happy because that's a good price for 2x king size duvet sets and 2x pillowcase sets, especially as I needed them anyway.

Ditto. Looked completely different, I had to Imani I think it was called, ivory and chocolate, I don't like it now its come. They've staggered my delivery too, wish they had just sent my huge order of 2 bedsets together, much easier!! Oh well I cannot complain for a couple of quid.

I'm mystified...
got my 2 x Sofia double duvet sets today, duckegg/pink. Very pale but pretty. the advice note says £2.00, + £2.00. Credit card co told me that 1 payment of £4 on 12th is the only transaction.
Transaction statement online says
