I'm often more embarrassed to admit that I've spent over the odds on a top that I'm going to wear a couple of times, than admit that I've spent £3 on a top in Primark that I know I'm going to wear a number of times. Also, a trip to Primark can take HOURS!! So ideal if you're skint to spend hours rummaging for a couple of items of clothes and leave having only spent £10!!I wish I'd known about Primark when I was a student in London!!
  • embarassing?? it's considered cool in my circle (my supercool circle of coolness that is) :p

Love Primark, although I often can't find stuff to fit me :o

We have a new one in my town centre opening tomorrow morning, might go and have a nose around (expect it will be packed though) to see what I can find.

So to answer the OP question - No, I don't think Primark is an embarrassing shop to shop in.

And Ryan - if I may put in my 2 pennies - you seem awfully concerned about what people think of you, judging by this thread and your 'tap water' thread... ????
