can i pick you brain regarding tomatoes please

Got given a tip at work yesterday. plant an empty plant pot in the ground next to tomato plant so water goes directly to roots.

Wet them down with a dilute solution of washing up liquid, gets rid of the blight and stops the bugs, apparently.

This year I'm growing Gardeners Delight, Sweet Million, Sungold and Tumbler.
The leaves on most of the basket toms tend to look a little turned under as normal. The leaves on the other upright toms turn under, they don't die, but curl under and back toward the stem especially the new growth at the top. It looks awful, but they will uncurl and spread back out. It seems to be extreme heat or cold that does it. Cold wind or very hot weather like we had the other week has done the same to mine, but they have now spread out again, so unless the leaves actually die, it's nothing to worry about.
