Evening - have rushed around like a mad woman today getting the house tidy, then whizzed down to where Mr Sunday works (5 mins from my house) and met him in the carpark (very classy eh!) with his birthday present, zoomed home, threw some stuff into a bag for the kids and packed them off to their Dad's.

Bored now! Trying not to order chinese...am purposely drinking wine so I wont go out and get one, but there is still the temptation of having one delivered.

Just sitting here getting ready to go out. I am going for a Chinese with some people from work (although I don't really want to go now because it is so cold) and I was just thinking I really cannot remember the last time I went out, where I was putting on make up and getting a bit dressed up.

    How sad :(

Last night was our department at work's Christmas do and I REALLY enjoyed it! :T

It's the first time I've gone out properly for well over a year, I wore my black Marilyn Monroe style dress from Bravissimo, some unbelievably high heeled shoes that I danced in all night and they were SO comfy! And I'd booked in at Get Lashed (part of Nails Inc) to have strip lashes applied, I chose the basic ones and they looked great, very glam

The food was great and we had lots of fun, some of the people from other businesses were completely sh!tfaced and one girl kept falling over more than she was standing.

I had a glass of wine with the meal followed by 2 Jack Daniels & ginger and then just drank water for the rest of the night with all the dancing so I really enjoyed it all.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
