sorry to be negative but a relative sells an item and its extremely popular easily does 100 sales a week however the supply company have had no stock since november the 3rd itll be two months gone (january 7th)when he gets some more so including christmas sales hes lost which are 50% up were talking 1000+ sales at a nice profit
on top of this if something sells on ebay you can guarantee youll have 20 people selling it within 3 months and happy to make 90p profit on something that costs £15 trade
absolutely mad
anyone can sit on the toilet with a calculator and get excited about selling lots of things
Tis better to sit on the toilet getting excited about it than sitting on the toilet whining about it...do you not think?0 -
lol, my parents old house had a phone situated right in right of the toilet on the wall so you could answer phone whilst sat on the bog ...
it soon got taken out !0 -

Well I've just spent £12.50 on my first purchase to sell on. I hope to make at least £5 on it - but its trial and error and the moment! Need to work out fees and postage etc. If the first one works, I have a plan![STRIKE]Total debt 1.11.10 £23,446[/STRIKE]Save £6k in 2015 #129 £6121.66/£6000Save £6k in 2016 #39 £6000/£60000

It seems to me (and please please correct me if I'm wrong) that it would be best to BUY things off ebay to sell at carboots. From my limited knowledge of carboot sales, flea markets and charity shops, items seem to sell for more there than on ebay. Especially CDs and DVDs. Or have I got it the wrong way round?!
I have found it the other way round, cheaper to buy at booties and sell on ebay, I list quite regularly on Ebay and the bits I don't sell go on the booty, there again it depends on the booty, one I used to go to they wanted everything for about 20p literally!!!0 -
Right after reading this thread last night i ended up spending half the night awake....
Anyway as a result i have come up with some good ideas, i have just spent 39.42 of my budget. Just got to wait for all the bits to arrive yay!!
I have also sorted through the kids toys making room for their new ones, i would usually have got rid of them or given them away, however now i am going to store them and do a car booty when i have gathered more bits together and also when the weather is a lil nicer
I also have numerous bits to put on ebay, and decluttering mobile phone to one of the trade in places.
I have a good feeling about this, its all very exciting really. I may do the bingo thing but not really too sure yet.0 -
