ok woolworths have now started their sale.. up to 75% off.
dont forget to go through quidco, and if you havent ordered from them before, i think there might be first order discount codes lurking around.
looks as htough they got hte same cheap duvet deals...
i know they had boys shoes down to £2.50, so depending on where you want to sell them, might be worth taking a browse....

i did say it does depend on where you sell, but i would have thought this would have been a good one to buy and store until July/August ready for when the kids go back to school;)
when saving/trying to raise money i have found the most money you can make is by forward thinking....as its a long haul trying to raise large sums of money.... not instant....
so allways think slightly out of the box;)Work to live= not live to work0 -
I found this thread a few days ago and have been reading it avidly. Despite my first thoughts that it was impossible, I have found myself coming back to it again and again and can’t quite shake off the desire to try. So count me in!!
I will go for £5000 and amend it up if things go well. My motivation will def be stronger that way
I am going to try
Matched betting – never done this before. Anyone know a handy link on here?
Buying and selling on ebay and amazon
Selling plants at bootsales – got an allotment this year so there are bound to be some spares! For cheap seeds wait until start of spring and go to Lidl's or Wilko's. Order a brochure from T&M and they will send you a voucher for a free £5(no min spend). They also have much better offers in a few months so those doing this would be best waiting a bit
Trawl quidco etc for glitches and offers
Free bingo and scratchcards – see note below for a hint
Surveys – only do pinecone so far, so need to look at the others
Mystery shopping – not sure on this one as might be too time consuming
Win stuff in competitions!!!!!!! Well here’s hoping
Probably lots more options, so will trawl through the thread again and see what I have missed
Bingo
Those of you who have not already picked up on this might like to ‘invest’ £5 of your £100 to register at www.bingobritain.com Their opening offer is that you play through your initial £5 and they give you a free£5 to play with each day for the next 30 days. They let you withdraw your winnings as cash. Me and OH have both done it this month and have between us won about £320. Found out about it on Hypno’s diary on DFW and pretty much everyone seems to have made money on this
Obviously there is a chance you will simply lose your £5. If this bothers you, then obv don’t do it.
PLEASE only do this if you are sure that you can happily walk away and not get hooked though….
Blimey that turned into a bit of an epic!
