Never-in-doubt will be along in a minute with a rambling 12 page reply wittering about taking it further..."fight them on the beaches!!" and calling everyone else moral fcukwits.
funny fcukker aren't we.... :rolleyes::rolleyes:
You mean to say NID will be along shortly to clarify the law...? As it happens NID doesn't agree with this anyway! I argue where the bank has acted irresponsible.2010 - year of the troll

You sound like something that resembles a 'banker'.
My advice would be pay what you owe and !!!!!!.0 -
A simple no there is nothing you can do but keep up your payments would have sufficed0

Actually NID and I rarely agree (infact we agree to disagree very often don't we NID?
) - I often take a moral (according to MY morals btw) stand point - NID a more technical by law stand. So if NID says "dream on sonnyboy"... trust me you haven't got any hope of winning this
This isn't about consumer revenge... where exactly has the bank done wrong (that they haven't already corrected) ?
Yes they have locked your accounts - this is normal and legal practise if you stop paying one of your debts with them... open a new account with a bank you don't owe any money to.
If you can't repay the loan amounts then please contact one of the free debt charities in my signature - they will be able to help your.
If you can repay the loan... (apart from the obvious "why on earth didn't you??") then contact the bank and start making arrangements to repay the payments you are behind and the running payments.
You won't get out of paying this loan so coming to an agreement with your bank as soon as possible is in your interest.
The really bad news is that your credit rating will probably be shot for up to 6 years as a result of this...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Exactly, the OP would be better accepting the bank has done nothing wrong (shock horror - 1st time for everything I s'pose lol) and moving toward some sort of repayment plan - your sig provides the appropriate links
As for his credit file, pah - he needs to spend some time learning about credit and so he'll have 6 years practice2010 - year of the troll
