It's about buy all your xmas stuff at the pound shop, not having xmas for only one pound.
Another example of the TV companies misleading the viewers.
Why do they make programmes, the set out to con people into watching them by making out they are something they are not?
Why didn't they just call it Christmas from the pound shop? Then we would know what were we getting. Instead of having people thinking it was about people who got christmas for a pound.
I bet a months wages that not one person on the programme spends just one pound on Christmas.0 -

Will look foward to both of these, thanks OP. I'm in tonight so thats my viewing sorted. I've got loads of stocking fillers for my daughter from Poundland, I got them last weekend and only spent £9! And it wasn't all cheap tat either, though there was some of that I seem to remember. Lol.0

Yes!!! Naming no names, if I see or read about one more pampered Notting Hill, dizzy, hedge fund wife who has fashionably 'discovered' frugality, growing her own veg and generally playing at being poor like the family in the 'Railway Children' whilst crowing about it and getting PAID for it......:mad::mad:'Never keep up with Joneses. According to itv ........
Raef Bjayou investigates the rise of the pound store and meets thrifty families hoping to buy cheaply for Christmas, testing their wares to see if the lower price tag equates to a bargain or if it is a false economy.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
