Christmas Day breakfast - what do you have?

What do you have on your pancakes?

ooh think ive made them sound better than they are - very similar to the maccy d ones - but obviously better - oh and can be done with bagels which are much better - but basically mix two eggs a drop of milk and a huge handful of cheese (red leicester works well) fry four rashers of bacon (or gril if u prefer) pour the mix into a small frying pan and cook as you would a normal omlette then grill bagels or muffins cut in half - then cut the onlette in quarters put two quarters on each muffin top with the two rashers of bacon on each - then put on a bit more grated cheese and put the other half of the bagel/muffin on top - i like a bit of ketchup on mine - they taste soooooooooooo nice
