Item not arrived posted on 24th November? What now??

Maybe because it didn't arrive. As a buyer I would never be happy to wait for 15 days for a refund. If I have to go for a dispute to get money back thats an instant neg.
As a seller I would never expect my buyers to wait that long either
I seriously doubt every single lost item did not arrive eventually.
Have you never heard of circumstances beyond our control. How can you happily neg a reputable seller who wants you to be patient in a world where RM are far from perfect.
This merry little nit picking rule against sellers is ebay created and does not exist anywhere else in the retail sector.
Have you never bought items where it says allow 28 days for delivery? Not on ebay obviously?
Luckily I have some very patient buyers who trust me. I post fast but then what can I do. recently I have had some items take 3-4 weeks to arrive to repeat buyers. Refunding them at 15 days would have been a farce.0 -

No, not on ebay, you sell by the rules, I buy by them. Would you be happy to wait 28 days for payment if I said I posted you a cheque, and it didn't arrive.0 -
The buyer should be refunded before 15 working days is up. I certainly wouldn't be happy to wait a whole 15 days.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

I sent a parcel to Southern Ireland on the 2nd November
It arrived the 5th December
I don't know if Southern and Northern Ireland's post go the same routes but there could be a big warehouse somewhere that some poor guy is trying to empty0 -
im still waiting for a parcel off ebay that was sent around 28th november. am not too fussed as it was only 99p free postage and needed it for a party on 9th december0

I sent one that was going to an address 15 miles ago by first class recorded delivery on the 24th November - it arrived yesterday! It would have been quicker to walk it there.0

I rest my case.
Tonight there is a programme on BBC 1. All about RM's rubbish system.
5000 complaints a week.
ebay should slap negatives on RM not sellers who have proof of posting an item.0
