phones2udirect - buyers beware!
I order a phone from them last week, still hasn't arrived. Spent hours on the phone contacting them last week, never answered the phone and then they desicde to hang up. Ridiculous. Then when I did get through, they said apparently nobody marked the order as "dispatch". Then on Thursday they close 4:30pm and busy watching England football match.
They don't even sent email confirmations for order, dispatch etc.
And to make matter worse, they now email telling me o2 require proof of address ID. !!!!!!???? 100% BS. For online orders, especially with O2 I dont recall anyone asking for this, in fact even O2 said this unless of course you order instore. Btw: a credit check confirms proof of address anyway.
So buyers proceed with caution with them - they are a very inefficent company.

The only reason I tried to order from them is because of the Sony Ericsson M600 phone on o2 seemed a good offer.0
