e2save cancel my insurance.

Early September I had a phone cal from e2save,
I was with Orange for my phone contract.
To cut a long story short i asked the sales person on the phone many times Does anything in the contract change?
She replied no, apart from i get 10% off my line rental every year.

Now I lost my mobile phone about a month ago and i was not told they cancelled my Orange insurance,
they now telling me there is sod all i can do about it because they sent me out the invoice and it was stated in that, even though im a very busy person and believe is someone says nothing changes on a recorded phone conversation thats al that would matter!

Wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this OR
how i can get it resolved
