Have you actually spoken to the credit services people at VM or are you going through the Customer Services team each time? Might be worthwhile requesting a chat with someone there.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

Customer services initially explained the decision, then put me through to the credit department, who refused to lift the block unless I gave them £100.0

Well, 18185 doesn't work with Virgin any more it seems. The alternative 08081 1703703 gives me a message that says this number is no longer in use, instead I should call 118 525 at a cost of 81p for the first minute, then 31p for each minute after that.0
