Even a cheapskate Nokia 5800 offers more feature than iPhone.

eg. bluetooth file transfer, camera with flash, ability to organize your files, transfer files without iTune-like thingy, ability to replace battery without soldering, ability to install app from anywhere [not just Ovi or app store equivalent], ability to add external memory, ability to hand writing recognition and the list goes on...

  • Yes but is the Nokia 5800 loveable?
  • Does the 5800 have a million app downloads?

Yes - especially because it can operated by single hand even wearing gloves.

Does the 5800 have a million app downloads?

    You mean million craps? :D

Symbian phones have more apps than iPhone. Unlike iPhone where you can download only from Apple app stores, in Symbian phone, you can download apps from anywhere who offers compatible symbian apps - just like you can download Windows applications from billions of servers world wide.

iPhone is a device crippled by Apple. If you really love it, jail break it - then you can overcomes lots of limitations.

50% of all worlds smartphones run on Symbian [source: Wikipedia] where iPhone is only 13% of the market, even trailing behind Blackberry and Windows Mobiles.
