    I think the white meter is a two rate meter, not a three rate.

    I've not looked at the costs of a white meter compared to standard rate, but have done some comparisons of E7 Vs standard rate from Scottish Power and found that E7 can sometimes be cheaper even if no overnight electricity is used.
