Orange Bonus offers for current customers
Just wondering what bonus offers have you been offered by 150. Two months ago I was identified as a heavy user when I rang to speak to 150 regarding another matter I was given 1400 extra minutes a month at no extra charge.
Today I rang them up to ask about my bill, and they gave me 50 free picture messages for a month (automatically cancels) and 100 free video calling minutes a month.

Just check in a month that they have auto cancelled, as they never used to.0

I have very large bills with Orange every month. I just called and asked about the Video calling minutes and the CSR had not heard of it. Did they tell you what the bundle was called at all ? Does it show up on your account ?0

Describe heavy user......I pay about £70 a month and dont get offerered owt !!
