I use Coupon net to get money of coupons , So got my coupons and im of to Tesco in Yate near Bristol ,I am well aware of there internet coupon policy because i wrote to there custemer service office in Dundee to check.
It`s simple you have to buy the product that the coupons are for.
Im in the shop and i pick up Milka choc bar (free coupon for that) Pringles ( 90p off coupon for that ) Box of cornflakes and a pint of milk ( free coupon from kelloggs for that) . At the checkout they were refuesed . When i asked to speak to the store manager i was told the he`s eating his christmas dinner.
So if any one els is getting problems PLEASE PLEASE COMPLANE TO TESCO CUSTEMER SERVIS IN WRIGHTING

I thought its always been policy to only get money off only on products you buy, certainly always has been at my Tesco's. If they have done previously its at there discretion only and can refuse if so wish.0

If you do intend to complain to Tesco, it may be worth using a spellcheck first!Gone ... or have I?0 -

Are only the literate allowed to make a complaint these days? (Not that I am implying the OP is illiterate).
Because people will take more notice of any communication that is correctly written, rightly or wrongly.0 -

Sorry, I'm a little confused; did you try to use the coupons for the products in question or for alternate products? If the latter, fair enough really it was always discretionary and I've heard the manufacturers were getting more than a smidgen cross.. if the former and it was due to the fact they were internet coupons then that's more than a little dissappointing. :SOn the up

Some stores do not take printed out vouchers from online things. Most times this is due to the fact that they will not scan if you do not print them out on best/high quality. If you use fast draft or black & white they will not scan on their tills and therefore they have no way of check if they are real.
This has happened numerous times in my local store and I now print them out on best quality so they can scan. The paper has to be decent quality too.
Once you have done all that sometimes you have spent more than the voucher is worth.

My local Tesco has a blanket ban on all internet vouchersI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

Yes, I use two full-sized Tesco stores regularly, and while one of them is happy to accept internet coupons, the other refuses them point-blank
(and I only ever use them for the product I'm buying...)
