I've had this problem too! I got a coupon net voucher for Pringles from the Savvyme site, it had the tesco logo on it as it was only valid there...and they refused it! They said they do not take online vouchers....but I made a stink and they took it eventually!
On the plus side I got a tube of pringles for 9p!
