I just so happened to be doing an airport run with time to spare on my hands, I wouldn't make the trek otherwise. I have to say that I felt v uncomfortable and out of place in both stores...the people were noticeably different IYKWIM. Staff were industrious and full of Crimbo spirit though.Ruth_honey wrote: »Thank you. Might pop down after Christmas then.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Found a right little bargain for those of you who want maximum alcohol content for minimum spend. Hidden among the fruity cocktail mixes which are around 4% is the following:
XOTQ (exotic !), mix of vodka, brandy and fruit flavours a whopping 15% alcohol, 75cl bottle £1.99 ! You can't miss it, its blue.
Googled it and found a trademark registration describing it as a liquer. If that doesn't get you off your face, nothing will. Each bottle contains 10.5 units of alcohol, cheers ! If any one gets some let us know what its like.Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.0 -
