Sorry to commit thread necromancy but this thread is pretty hilarious.
You get charged a fee to use machines of yours and anyone elses bank in Argentina. If the banks in England started doing this again and you used your Santander Zero Credit Card in a Santander ATM and got charged a levy it doesn't mean the card is not fulfilling it's agreement not to charge you. The ATM is charging you and not the card.
This has been explained loads in this thread but like I said...I split my sides reading it.0
