I got mine about a week ago.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

My Nov statement missing - they said they would roll over the voucher/points until Feb. They said lots of people have been ringing with missing statements.

The missing voucher would be cancelled now.

Soneone I know also had a missing statement with club card vouchers, and when contacted Tesco said they had a different mailing address, despite not moving house for the past 5 years. So how did it get changed?

I didn't have missing reward vouchers, but had missing restaurant vouchers.
Called them up, they appologised and as it was missing for 14 days immediately sent me new ones (which took few days to arrive).

Sometimes something just happens. Something goes wrong. Could have been the Post Office strikes. Noone and nothing is 100% perfect. I suppose they need to re-print your reward vouchers which takes some time (especially if they are sending out the extra mailing as well).

I think that sending you the £20 extra is nice gesture.

If they told you to back off, were rude on the phone and refused to give you anything then I would be seriously pi**d off.
But extra week or two for "reward vouchers?".

Having delved into the Tesco Complaints subject further you may wish to visit this site:

(Sorry I am not allowed to post a reply with a link, so if you Google "Tesco Complaints" and in the top listings you will find one with blogspot in the address)

There are numerous people complaining about Tesco's attitude to problems and lack of support received.

While we do appreciate the £20 that Tecso sent I rather thing that they missed the point by not sending the £300+ that they owe us, by the way our vouchers have not been cancelled as suggested above and they have still not turned up.

I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions !

    Thanks, Simon

Problem is its not just "reward vouchers",its Tesco christmas savings club that the OP is complaining about,IE,his own invested ,saved up money, not just reward vouchers(hence the amount involved £300)I think at this time of year he has every cause to be disgruntled, most people save in christmas clubs specificaly to spend on christmas which is now alarmingly close for someone waiting on the return of their cash.-no matter what form it takes.

We have only been saving clubcard point for just over 18 months, but we did not fully understand the system.

We thought if you did not use the points they roled them over, so when ever we recived the stsement and vouchers we just binned them!!!

But we noticed on the the last stament that things where not adding up, so on contacting tesco and explaing the issue they have now added back on all our points todate which we will get next statement.:j

In that case I completely misuderstood the original post, from what I've read from it (and still do) I though the OP complained about saving the points during the whole year for Christmas as my friends do.

Only the points, not that he invested with them any money. I am not aware of such a club.
