Well my uni have basically told me its okay for me to take a gap year, just need to fill in some forms and they will guarantee my place for 2007/2008 but i just wanted to know what happens with the council tax for 2006/2007? I currently live at home so my parents just pay council tax for themselves...but what happens during the gap year?
