There's someone in my head, but it's not me
  • Today is my first day of being 100% smoke free :D I am using Champix and it is fab! I was on roughly 15 - 20 a day and my CO2 level was 15. A week on it had dropped to 11, as i had gone down to about 2 - 5 per day for the first week. Today was quit day and i have to admit, its been hard, but ive done it and i am proud of myself :D I do have one of the inhalators, and it is foul!! enough to put you off smoking forever anyway LOL

Good luck and hope you do manage to go smoke free, and fingers crossed i do too forever lol :D

Good for you.... keep talking yourself out of having one, the urge goes after about 30 seconds, just busy on with something else. :T

I agree with using the Alan Carr book. I used the audio book. It has been just over 9 months since I stopped smoking. Well Done everyone who has stopped! :T :T
