Does anyone know if this promotional leaflet gives 20% off instore or is it online only?

I've got a wedding to go to on Saturday I'd like to buy shoes for and the next day delivery is a bit expensive for me at £5.50.

Been on Clark's website, tried ordering a pair of boots, but at no point through the check out stages did it have anywhere to enter any discount codes. Any ideas?? Thanks

i think its on the 3rd stage of checkout u have to put the code.

20% off full price adult footwear and bags instore at Clarks shops (pick up voucher) or on line at Clarks website (code BEYOURS) until Sunday 2nd October 2011.
Cannot be used at factory outlet.

went to store today hoping i can exchange the boots (to a different size) that i bought online w/ this code plus another 10%. but the SA said they cannot do an exchange because i got it online and if i wanted an exchange i will have to pay for the price difference (hence, paying the 10%) i explained to them that i only wanted to exchange the size not the style but the manager said, they cannot do it because store is different from online and they do different promotions and store will be losing money etc. i was so upset as i wasted time and effort to go to the store as not all of us has the leisure of buying things instore.

has anyone have trouble like me?

That can't be right jazz. There must be some kind of confusion here. I'd try contacting Clark's Customer Care team if I were you.

I'm sure it said on the back of the invoice/receipt that came with the parcel that you could exchange the items instore - no mention of having to pay extra if you'd used a code. Did you ask to see the store manager?
