went to store today hoping i can exchange the boots (to a different size) that i bought online w/ this code plus another 10%. but the SA said they cannot do an exchange because i got it online and if i wanted an exchange i will have to pay for the price difference (hence, paying the 10%) i explained to them that i only wanted to exchange the size not the style but the manager said, they cannot do it because store is different from online and they do different promotions and store will be losing money etc. i was so upset as i wasted time and effort to go to the store as not all of us has the leisure of buying things instore.

has anyone have trouble like me?

I hope you got this sorted because this can't be right! If you just want a straight exchange for a different size then they can still sell the pair that you're exchanging for the store price so what does it matter?

I had the same problem with my store and always do the manager in there is just awful! Customer care has before said she is wrong and rang her to make her exchange size honouring discount. I went in Saturday to exchange for 1/2 size bigger and again she said I couldn't without paying full price rang customer care and again they said they would ring her if I go back to the shop, I refused to go back and put in a complaint about her, customer care have reordered and honoured the discount for me and I now have them same price bigger size. so give them a call they will sort it out for you.


Also just had an email to an unused email address I registered on the Clarks website and they are giving 20% off on first order using code 'BRITISHCLARKS' in the checkout from 1st October – 20th November.
