Discount code for Clarks shoes

AprilLady this happened to me also.

I called them back and they asked if I wanted them to place another order free of charge and I said yes.

She put through an identical order and then put me on hold while she asked someone for a code to put the order through as £0.00.

My order was delivered but the shoes I chose did not fit. When I took them back to the store they called customer service to check how much I had paid and i was given a refund back to my card.

I heard back from them yesterday and they told me the same thing they told you - I'm able to get the same order free of charge or have a refund. I asked them to put the order through again, so fingers crossed it will all work out well in the end!

1 of my wife's pairs did not fit very well, so will be returned by post. Will be interesting to see how much is refunded, as they were the most expensive pair.
