Making good includes sorting out the holes in the tiles in the bathroom, I wouldn't think filling the holes is making good in that instance you'd need to replace the damaged tiles. Quite possibly nobody ever takes their bathroom fittings.

Might be worth leaving the holes - especially if the tiles are difficult to drill through - they could marry up with the new suite...maybe??
Cover/stuff the open end of the loo waste too... gagging thinking about the smell...Opinion, advice and information are different things. Don't be surprised if you receive all 3 in response.

I would think that some people do take the bathroom fittings - otherwise it wouldn't be included in the fixtures and fittings forms.
I personally wouldn't dream of taking carpets, but apparently it still happens..

The bathroom bits are included because they are techincally fixtures and fittings. Carpets are no longer commonly taken, but it's within my lifetime that they were (I am 37).Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
I would expect to find the house in the same condition as when I viewed it.
By the time the new owners get the keys it might be getting dark, the last thing they will want to be doing is running off down the shop looking for bulbs so they can see what their doing. Bulbs cost pennies to buy.
Make sure you leave a good luck card and a bottle of wine for them, they will think better of you and will be more forgiving if they do find a few small problems you've left behind.0 -
I hope to leave my house, in an immaculate condition, and so far, have done so. If I bought cheap, and house needs doing up, wouldn't mind, what condition. If done up, and viewed immaculate, I expect no flaws.0

I have always wanted to leave it the way I find it.
But sometimes it is not really possible. So leave it with minimum damage0
