Well its the last day of 2009. Not been a good year on the whole, got made redundant at the start of the year, and various other problems, too many to mention, so I really am glad 2009 is almost over.

The only thing that has kept me going is you lot on here, I consider you all friends.

I want to say a special thanks to, Coupon Mad, littlemissbossy, _sleepless_, claire21, poshnosh, sinw, and redagila for sending me moc's, you are all stars.

I hope 2010 is a great year for everybody, especially us couponners. My new year resolution will be to use lots of coupons when shopping.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone.

After saying this morning that I hadn't been to T's for a while OH said they had an offer on Fairy Fabric Softener - could I get some. Spotted Pedigree Adult Complete Dog Food on offer at £2.00 and I had 2 x £1.56 (50% off :D) MOC's that I'd been carrying in my wallet for ages waiting for an offer. So picked 2 up for 44p each - bargain. Gor the Fairy Fabric Softener for £1 and used £1 off any Fairy product till spit that I got ages ago. Got some nice cherry plum tomatoes to £1.08 and used 25 points coupon for vegetables from last mailing plus a 50p MOC for Sensations crisps from mailing when you buy 2 packs on offer at £1 each. Got a load of Shloer while its on a bogof for DD1 and DD2.
When I checked my receipt for some reason there was an extra 750 points coupon on the receipt - haven't got a clue where it came from - I didn't give SA anything with 750 points on it  not complaining though :j:j:j:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T:T - thanks Mr T.
    H A P P Y N E W Y E A R to everyone :D

  • Just wanted to pop in and wish an (early) very happy new year to all you moccers - been tied up with so much stuff that I haven't had much time to myself of late. To all those who have had a tough year - I truly hope that 2010 is a better one for you all. And to all those who are battling ill health I send my very best wishes. And last but not least a special thank you to all the OPs who have spent time and effort looking for mocs and other great money saving offers - to say nothing of the comedians!. You are stars. xx
  • Well said, TS! Coming here has been a real tonic on times :j Thanks to everyone:A

Hear hear VC - you've said it all.

Would just add, perhaps all those lurkers who never thank anyone might like to add that little courtesy to their New Year's resolutions.
  • I also would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

Also thank you to all that find mocs and make me laugh, I've needed it over the last few months. My gran passed away in November, so its been a bit difficult.

    Best wishes to all.

Wow! Where did 2009 go?! But thank God it is gone as it has been a very bad year for Hubby and me. I have a good feeling about 2010 though as we have a few websites that are about to really take off. Our 1st website, Hubby has been working on it for 12 years. He is a true webmaster though as he has had to teach himself how to build a website and learn all the different script languages as he writes his own script, I've very proud of him :kisses3: and I believe this new year will be the start of better things to come for us (I sure hope so anyway!;)). I share the same sentiments as many of you have about this special community we have here on this thread. I think of you all as good friends of mine and it was a real treat to meet some of you in person at the GFS!!:j I wish you all a great New Year!
