Coupon-mad wrote: »It's not in the barcode, it's in the small print as to whether a moc is store specific.
You just have to read all the small-print - the bits that say 'to the retailer' and 'to the customer' and also look for any single store logo on the coupon.
So if a moc had an Asda logo on it, or said to the customer 'you can use this in any Asda store' or said to the retailer 'valid in Asda only' or something, then it's Asda specific. Also some mocs say something like 'to the Asda colleague' rather than 'to the retailer' which makes it obvious it's only for that store.
But if it doesn't have a single store logo on it, nor specifies a single store at all in the t&cs, or it just says something vague like 'product available in Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys and all major Supermarkets' then it's NOT store specific and can be used anywhere of course. You do have to buy the right product though (technically...).

hey guys, im back from my big spend,
used the coupons at sainsburys, no problems at all,
the SA was a very nice man.
went to home bargains to get pataks sauce with the 50p off coupon. the SA called the manager was a bully and tried to intimidate me,
i stood my ground stating that pataks provided the coupons and as a retailer he was bound to accept them(wasnt too sure, just said that) and he finally said i could only use one of the patkas 50p off (at HB its 69p), i said im buying 2 why cant i use one voucher on each of , he said only one per transaction, we wont let you do that, we wont let you take advantage, i was shocked because he seemed like a playground bully,he seemed so upset like he was personally losing money, he physically stood right in front of me,i was so embarrassed and angry. i really wanted to forget the sauce and leave, but he was so red in the face, i decided to get one of them anyways with the coupon to make him get redder and angrier. and i exclaimed "still a bargain". i hope he choked after i left, he was so rude. im going back to that store tomorrow to get my 19p pataks.
i wonder if he could be a male trout
thanks guys!T h e F u t u r e I s N o w !0 -

Popped into S's to get some free milk and picked up another Closer and Heat magazine (free) using second print coke zone coupons
. Tried to buy some Persil Naturals (on offer at £1.99) but there wasn't one to be seen:eek:. There was only 1 Comfort 1 litre left (reduced as well at £2) to use a 75p off MOC. Got some Castello cheese and used 20p MOC - just had some and it's realy nice
. Inside there is a 30p off Castello cheese coupon. Also there is a 30p off Dairylea products inside Cheese Triangles. The 25% off wine offer IS on so picked 6 bottles up while I was there for £6.89 off. So with £4.89 coupons not too shabby for a quick shop :rotfl:
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
