I find the comps thread very confusing.:eek:I am not a beige person:D0 -
we went to T on Wed and I spent over £80 and my friend spent £130 and neither of us got a petrol voucher  so it must just be local and not nationwideCouponWoman wrote: »I got a petrol coupon a few days agoI am not a beige person:D0 -
Here's the comp. You have to pick wether you dunk yer biccy's or not, then click on whichever biscuits you have bought, then put in the last 4 no's of the barcode and the time code (underneath the best before with just the no's, no : in between). Good luckbut always thought it was just me:eek:as i am not very computer literate and can never find much so give up looking and stick to coupons but i love McV choccy digestive:D

The petrol vouchers have finished, but I think Sainsbury's may still be doing them.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

NO PART of the BARCODE
Read the WRITING for the T&Cs of use
A barcode like 99nnnnnnn1507 or 99nnnnnnn1197
The 7 is the check-digit for the other 12 numbers (calculated on each by their value and position) of the barcode that acts as a basic verification method to help prevent mis-scans.
The 99 means that the barcode IS A COUPON / VOUCHER and that a DISCOUNT is required - that is an amount should be DEDUCTED FROM the total and NOT ADDED to it.
The 3 digits 150 & 119 would indicate the value of the coupon - ie. £1.50 or £1.19
999 is the maximum - the amount field is ONLY 3 digits long so top value is £9.99
000 means the SA has to enter the discount amount - allows for varying item price / multiple product usage.
Thank You, thats a great help.0
