Mel2500,
What does DTD stand for?
As Mel isn't around just now, I'll reply to your question.
DTD is double the difference - the amount you are supposed to be given in Tesco when you are over charged. Sometimes you may find CS need reminding of this fact.;)So your answer don’t be scared of failure
For the only failure is never to try

I entered the comp, and it came up with this message,
If you are a winner of today's prize draw, we'll let you know by email. Here's your lucky reward! You can save 30p on your next purchase of any Amoy products.
When I clicked the download coupon button it then came up with
Sorry, we could not find your voucher. Please ensure you have entered the correct URL.
So it seems there should be a coupon.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Have just entered and managed to print a coupon.
I have an URL for it and it works but won't let me post it as new user.0 -

Yep, Virgin Media CS takes the biscuit!
As you know, my dear Mum died in October and we told Virgin Media - and they stopped the phone & broadband service eventually. They keep sending letters address to her by name, even when my brother wrote & complained they still replied to the complaint IN HER NAME!
He then wrote to the OFT who forwarded the complaint to someone higher - who apologised but still insisted that there's some money outstanding. I think they have annoyed us so much they can do some work for it (or write it off).
We're now going to ask them to itemise the amount outstanding and explain why they sold broadband to my Mum who hardly ever used the PC. And to explain why they were charging her nearly twice as much as they are charging us for the same service.
Oh, and just to bring my rant back on topic, they never even send out coupons do they??!
:eek:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
