  • I saw an ad on TV tonight for a Valentines meal deal in Mozza's.

Soup, main course, starter, dessert and a bottle of Pinot Grigio for £8.

    Hi ssm

Next time you go to Tesco go to the Customer Service Desk and ask them to check with their cash office re the use of Farmfood Coupons. They should be taking them, doesn't matter that they do not have a barcode as nearly all the conditional spend coupons we use do not scan.

Good luck using your coupons icon7.gif

As I think I've posted before, ALL T stores were sent a memo from Head Office on 5 January that stated that the following competitor spend coupons MUST be taken regardless of whether they scan or not.

    Asda
    Coop
    Sainsbury
    FarmFoods
    Morrisons
    Waitrose
    Boots
    M&S

Store Managers DO NOT have discretion over acceptance. It is a company policy. Get Nasty. Tell them to read their HOST memos (HOST = email system sending company info to all stores). Tell them to look at 5 Jan 2010 specifically.

The tills have a special button for Competitor Spend coupons. It comes up on your receipt as such. How I HATE the dragon supervisors that think they know best when they can't be bothered to know the truth.

Why not Lidl, ALdi and Netto?

Last time i emailed Customer Services about conditional spend coupons, they said:-

"We don't have a policy for these vouchers it is down to each Store Managers discretion weather to accept these"

My 3 nearest Tesco's won't accept them without a fight - so i have to travel further afield. Doesn't matter how many times i try - i end up surrounded by staff and angry customers moaning behind me. Its just not worth it.

I have had no trouble in one of your Tesco's. All the staff seem to know that they accept the Farmfoods and are very happy to accept. In fact, I have now made it my local store, even though it isn't local;) If you want you can meet me there and I will take you through the tills and hold your hand as you get all your mocs accepted in exchange for a drink in the pub across the road:p:rotfl::rotfl:
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    .

Thanks for this - mine always refuses Co-op coupons and I didn't realise Boots coupons were allowed too.

A wonderful offer you surely cannot refuse - wish I lived near you Blue, sometimes I could do with going in with someone riding shotgun :D

Took my last Dove coupon into T's yesterday and bought a couple of bags of crisps to make up the 79p. Had my coupon scrutinised, then the ss till didn't like my credit card, then noticed the 2 for £2.50 on 150g Kettle crisps hadn't worked. Long kerfuffle at the CS desk as it took her two trips to the shelves to check I had the right products before finally deciding - with a little prompt - I could have DTD. So two aerosol deos & two bags of crisps for 83p. Plus 1/2 hour of my life of course :)

Offer valid until 21/2/10. The voucher will be printed out for you at the till. Once you get your voucher it's not redeemable at the self scan checkouts.

    Mel2500,

    What does DTD stand for?
