    Morning everyone

Just wondered if anyone has seen the Finish Quantumatic whilst they have been shopping. I understand it is £9.99 approx but even with the £3 I cant afford to spend £6.99 on it.

By the way for all you drinkers take a look on the freebies thread for the free miniature bottle of Black Grouse. Have not posted the link so this post isnt deleted.

Thanks, it's been put back on the 2nd post! Just had a quick look on mysupermarket to see if these are on special and it looks like all of the Go-ahead in Sainsbury's is on offer until Jan 26th and a lot of the Go-ahead in Tesco is 2 for £3, although Sainsbury's had better offer.;)

I had problems yesterday @ Mr T's they wouldn't accept the Telegraph Waitrose Voucher £10 off £50 spend (Shopping was £52) SA called supervisor, who then went off & talk to Manager. She told me he said no. (I'd used the same voucher the week before with no problems, unfortunately that SA was not manning any the tills this week. Anways cut a long story short (or maybe not!!!) I paid for my shop and told SA I would be ringing HO, went home rang HO who advised me that they do indeed accept conditional spend vouchers from Sainsburys, Waitrose & Farmfoods etc. Rang the store and CS said they did accept these vouchers and that I should return to the store, when I got there she was @ break & wouldn't be back for an hour:mad:. So another CS help me and contacted Manager, who then sent down the Assistant manager who was adamant that they were sticking with their earlier decision, I told them what HO & the CS over the had said. (why oh why are Tesco Managers so arrogant and hard-headed, a quick phone call would have confirmed what I was saying). Finally in the end the CS said she would go to the Cash Office and find out the policy she came back and said they do accept them and they were put through as Non-Scan. At last some sanity prevailed. She told me she had made the Manager aware of the policy, I told her he should have known the policy already and she apologised on his behalf.

Managers, Assistant Managers SA's should all be given the same information and there should be consistency @ all stores. This would save a lot of aggro.
