If Tesco don't take competitor's spend coupons? Then why have they got a button on the till that says competitors spend? Also i was in warrington and got the same grief by a c/o, too cut a long debate short, a guy went get manager n found a directive froM h/o saying we do accept competitor's spend coupons.; and yeah get this ---- are you ready -- you will be shocked!!!!! HE APOLIGISED.

I said too him, at least you had the decency to apoligise, most the c/o's never do so.....

Same in my Waitrose this afternoon. I expect the office staff will be pleased not to have to sort out all the coupons that must have been used recently.

Luckily the snow is now clearing so looks like a daily visit to W. will be on the agenda until the end of the month.

Yes I rang my local waitrose today, as I have a £10 telegraph voucher to use and they confirm you can use coupons without buying the products until 31st January.

Yesterday I went to Sainsbury's. I spent about an hour doing my shopping as it took a while to sort coupons for the items I was buying. I ended up leaving all my shopping (just under £115 worth) as I was told I could only use 1 coupon for each product. I was getting lots of Milka, Hartley's Jelly, Candia milk and some Bird's Eye products all of which I had more than 1 coupon. I thought here we go again!!! So instead of asking for a manager I just dumped my shopping out of the bags, told the cashier that she should be sure to let them know they were losing a good customer over this nonsense. I did call the manager this morning and he assured me that if I bought the items then I can use the coupons and he will make sure his staff understand the recent notice that was put up concerning this as they are obviously mis-reading the notice. So if anyone else encounters the same thing, don't just leave like I did, ask to see the manager.

The same thing happened to my sister at her local Sainsburys when she was buying some of the whiskas and purina cat food. She asked for a supervisor who said she would put them through this once but not to come again. I did offer to write to them or ring them up but she wouldn't let me. She has always had problems with coupons in the stores where she lives. For me I am lucky in that all the stores that I use are very coupon friendly. I got refused once in our local asda with some printed ones even though I had bought the product but when next using any printed ones I just took a copy of the asda policy from on here and never had a problem since. I have even had money refunded in asda when the coupons wouldn't scan I just had to go to CS.

I only see a big blank white box

    Can you help

If you are seeing a blank white box on the dove site it will probably be because you need to install flash player.

I never had probs with Sainsburys, only over the Candia coupons, they scrutinised the t&c's then said its only one per person, so i simply took them too Somerfield who glady took loads off me without flinching...... I took 19 Thirst Pocket originals to Sainsburys the other day n they did take them no probs too, i complained about the mess in one Sainsburys and having wait in Cafe queue for 10 mins with no one in sight - they gave me sum nectar points - its always worth complaining - just go online and complain more..........

My brain is hurting re the Dove mocs....I had 4 for the roll-on and 4 for the spray...I had 4 of each product and Sa took all 8 mocs.....was that right or was I just lucky? That worked out at products cost £8 and mocs 4 x £2.79 and 4 x £1.88 = £18.68....so products for free and made £10.68 ....shopping came to £70.82 and paid just over £30 as Sa took £10 Telegraph moc and also a F/Food £2.50( he said it was close enoughto £75 spend) plus a couple of £1 Neutrogena mocs the handcream is on offer at £2.22 instead of £3.33 at the moment..also used 2 chips mocs but managed to get the crinkle chips for a change , smaller bag but nicer chips and made 2 x 70p on each bag...few other smaller mocs , really pleased to have used over £40 mocs in one go....like the good old days

I have just had an e-mail -sorry don't know how to transfer it to this site- telling me that i can get a free Barry M make up kit worth £20 if i collect 4 tokens from the New of the World in a promo starting tomorrow
There will be tokens/coupons printed in Fabulous mag which comes with NOTW for the next 5 weeks and you need to collect 4 tokens and then take them down to Superdrug to collect your free make up kit - it contains eye pencil, eye shadow, nail polish and lip gloss and comes in a pink cosmetics bag

You were lucky with the Dove Bully but I will be trying the same tomorrow! (If there's any Dove left and my OH decides which she wants!) As for the McCain's I have only ever got the crinkles with the moc's cos I thing the others are dry and awful! (So far have got away with it...) Crinkles are much better, dunno why but they just are!

As this is the last weekend for the McCain's but there is a 'Final' draw in July or something I wonder how long before the WEM's 'expire'....Hopefully July because my freezer is full to bursting and we only have chips once a week.
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)
