I presume you have been given an old lot of envelopes as I have one of the new ones in front of me which I got from Tesco last week and it is definately donate £1 or 100 clubcard points.
On the envelope it says to call 0800 0910 696 quoting Tesco Red Cross; email tesco@trf-co.uk or visit https://www.therecyclingfactory.com
A tip is to use the following link, as it is hard to find what you want just searching around the main recycling.com US website:

Perhaps you should - I obtained two of the envelopes last week and carefully read them and sent off two phones. I also checked the Tesco website ('green'- recycling pages) and have since checked the website of the company that recycles them and no mention of chargers. Possibly your store had old envelopes or your son is mistaken. I am speaking from first hand, not second-hand, information: always best I find.

Details of how to get Inkjet cart leaflets are on a thread above, can't see a way of getting phone envelopes except in store, but if it was me I would phone Tesco customer services,or try Greener Solutions, who are the people that run the Tesco scheme:

Just found the page you need on the Tesco site.
From here you can order either or both of the envelopes!

Can anyone confirm roughly how long it takes for the recycling green points to be added? Are they added as and when they get round to it (any ideas how long it takes tho?) or do they add them at statement time? I am keeping an eye to ensure I actually get all these extra points but quite hard to keep track of. I sent some cartridges off about 10 days ago and some phones a week ago so early days I suppose.
Cheers
