Why would you lose wifi?0

You don't have to be at the end of an iphone tarrif to get this new iphone simplicity. I joined o2 last week on simplicity 15 and they swapped my tarrif over the the iphone simplicity one with minimal effort , when i say minimal i mean 20 mins on hold. I didn't have to speak to retentions, but i got the impression the customer services guy was speaking to them on my behalf , thus the long wait0

Great news, i've heard bad things about Tesco mobile (even though its o2 network) so when my 3g contract ends in a few months i can stay with o2 but pay less

I phoned up o2 on wednesday intending to cancel and go to pay and go but couldn't be doing with the hassle of transferring my number and stuff so I went for the £20/month offer. I was quite surprised when he said the new rate and allowance would start pretty much straight away even though my existing contract wasn't ending until 16th january. Strange. But nice.0
