They may have taken the money twice or have they taken the money twice? Can you not check your statements?
If not, then ring your bank and they can run through all the transactions that have taken place over the 3-4 week time period.
And while your on the phone to them, and they do confirm that payment has been taken twice, ask them on the procedure to dispute the 2nd transaction.0 -
If you talk to Dell with these kind of riddles, it's no wonder you got a confusing reply!!
Why can't you simply say what the problem is??
YES or NO, did they take TWO payments??
YES or NO did you receive the item you ordered??0
