Sky and Sky Talk

Hi

I have SKY HD and SKY Talk at my house
I want the internet with another supplier as SKY have told me I can't have there 'unlimited' broadband at 20MB in my area, I need the 8GB Usage @ 10MB which is £10 per month on a different set up

Am I able to use another broadband provider baring in mind my phone setup is the SKY Line/SKY Talk?

Best Regards
Work hard play hard......

You can use whoever you like for Broadband. Bear in mind though that whoever you get a quote from advising you of the best available download speed as what they advertise up to 10mb or 20mb etc. That might not be what's available on your line; that's why Sky may have told you that is what they can offer
there is a way of checking what speeds are available on your line; but i don't know how; i'm sure someone will come along and let you know how to do this

    Hope this helps

Op check with Samknows which LLU operators, if any are available at your exchange.
The up to 10 Mbps/10Gb package you mention is only available on Sky/easynet LLU exchanges.
If your exchange is not unbundled by Sky they would offer you the Sky Connect package which is 8Mbps/40Gb @ around £17/month.
That gum you like is coming back in style.
