warning when buying from 'bangcd' no customer support

Me too I thought I was the only one. CD sent out 25 November and no sign yet. Fingers crossed something turns up soon. I'd hate to lose the money, should have just paid the extra for a UK company

Problems are amounting over the last few weeks with Bangcd.com and their sister site Crazytiger.net.

We have been a customer for three years. In the past, orders used to arrive within 5 working days and customer services replied to enquires within 48 hours. Since mid-November, 23 out of 42 orders never arrived. Customer services is not responding to emails anymore.

This company is experiencing serious problems at the moment. We stopped ordering from them this week and have filed complaints with our credit card company for refunds of the non-delivered orders.

It's not much help but thought i'd just post that I finally received my cd today, so there's hope that everyone's orders will turn up.

Won't be using them again though.

Hi All,

I ordered a CD from this company on the 6th of December and haven't received it yet.

I e-mailed [EMAIL="support@custservice4u.com"]support@custservice4u.com[/EMAIL] to check whether the CD had been dispatched and got a personal reply within 24 hours!

Now let's hope I receive the CD before Christmas!

Have been waiting for a supposedly despatched order(30/11/09)from CrazyTiger, which still has not arrived. Customer support is non existent, no reply to emails making a mockery of their stated "friendly and efficient Customer Support"

They are however guaranteed to fill your email mailbox daily with spam adverts.

The waiting paid off... got my CD yesterday!

Not sure if I will order with this company again as they just took so long to deliver!

just wondered if anyone else who has suffered the double payment syndrome has managed to get a refund or even a response from customer support?

I ordered a box set on 17th December and wasn't expecting it before Christmas. The despatch date on my account said 24th Dec. I emailed them yesterday as I haven't recieved it yet and had a reply this morning to say the item was out of stock :mad: It wasn't on 17th Dec.

They are offering me a refund or I can wait for fresh stock. As the box set was half the price it was anywhere else, I am prepared to wait a little while longer, however, if I do see it for the same price elsewhere I will cancel the order.

Frustrating.
