warning when buying from 'bangcd' no customer support

I have bought items from 'bangcd' and up till now had no problems but on the site it claims 98% of delivery's arrive within 5 days now I've been waiting over 2 weeks, I don't have to much of an issue with this at the moment as you can get delays plus I think the company sends items from Singapore but I have tried emailing them about this on numerous occasions and I haven't received 1 reply just wondering if anyone else has had any problems :mad:

The same thing is happening to me. Expected CD's about 10 days ago and still nothing. No replies to the large number of emails I've sent them

Well maybe you're in the 2% of orders that don't arrive in 5 days!

As I said on another thread regarding their sister company Crazy Tiger, post does seem to be slow from the Far East at the moment. Not that long ago parcels were arriving in 2 or 3 days. It does say allow 21 days before contacting them.

BangCD's despatch emails quotes delivery 'up to 7 days' and to contact them if they haven't arrived after this time. Well so far contact has been all one way

I must appologise item finally arrived today but I have still had no replies to any of my emails

Dont know if they are in any way related to CD wow, but apparently they send their stuff out from the far east. I am waiting for 2 CD's that are xmas presents that state they were dispatched 2 and a half weeks ago. I emailed and did get a reply after a few days saying they wont even look into it until 21 days have past!!!

I've been having lots of problems with BangCD of late, as well as things not arriving, their payment system crashed twice when I was trying to order stuff and they've taken the money twice for items that arent in my account, ie at the moment I'm £86 down, I have emailed them several times and not had any response whatsoever. I am now over £130 down if you include orders not received from them, and I'm really not impressed not the time of year you want to be down on your cash reserves

I ordered something a few weeks ago and then got an email 16 days ago to say that the order had been despatched and to contact them if not received in days but no sign of anything yet on no reply to emails so far.

I certainly won't be using them again. I only stand to lose £3.99 but it's £3.99 i'd rather have in my bank than theirs if I can't have the item.

Cant say anything about BangCD's customer service as I've never had to contact them, but post from them, CDWOW and other retailers in the far east seems to be taking a while to arrive at the moment as other posters have mentioned. Infact I had an item from CDWOW that shipped from Switzerland that took nearly 2 weeks to arrive!

Same here - awaiting an item which has been over 14 days in transit now... emails to BangCD customer support aren't being returned. I'll hold on a little longer if the general consenus is that the post is slow - I hope it's just that!
