Looks okay to me at a quick glance, although that last picture of the garage (or kitchen?) roof is quite off-putting.

Out of curiosity, what happened to the front of your house so that the ground floor wall had to be that colour? it doesn't look in keeping with the rest of it!

Basically, it follows on from the neighbours. Didn't look quite so "isolated" until we added the porch.

Is there a dropped kerb for off-road parking?
What is the paint on the front of the house covering up?
Distance to local schools, level and quality
    Distance to supermarkets
    Any particular advantages of neighbourhood?
    Minor de-cluttering advisable
Why would an investor be interested?
EA makes a number of statements without anything to back that statement up
Assume you have checked LR for the sale prices actually achieved in your own street and two streets either side. remember that RM is asking prices not selling prices.
Have not checked street view but does it bring up any horrors?
  • The garden seating area looks great but I'd take down the second garden picture as it shows quite a bland additional area.

If it's at all possible to get further pictures taken I'd suggest the following:

    1) major de-clutter, especially in the kitchen, the bathroom, above and around the TV and the radiator and windowsill in the dining area. You can put it all back after photos, though it's a good chance to have a chuck-out. You've got a nicely decorated home here but some aspects of it are a bit hidden by all your stuff.
    2) moving the sofa in the lounge so it doesn't cut in at a diagonal, as it makes the room look smaller
    3) photos of the other bedrooms would be good
    4) Could the kitchen photo be taken from a different angle to de-emphasise its narrowness?
    5) Similarly, could you take the bathroom photo from a bit further back?

If you search S!!!!horpe, up to £90k there are just so many houses. Someone has to get to page 6 before finding your property. If you're really keen to sell, price at one of the Rightmove bands so you appear on page 1 of the results.

Edit: LOL to MSE's sensoring of Scu*thorpe. :D

Not much had has actually been sold in that road last year or so according to Land registry but if there are a lot of similar for sale you need to drop the price to make it sell quicker though the price doesn't seem unreasonable. maybe some are put off by the L- shaped living room/3rd bedroom and the recesses (?) in the bedroom if they can't visualze them so a floor plan would be good.
The living room pic looks like the furniture is at an angle and as said the kitchen looks very narrow in the pic abd the last outside pic is offputting and unnecessary.

But the EA shouldn't be relying on clicks to get viewings they should be getting them through the local office so maybe you should find another local EA who will get off their !!!! and market it on the street.

This is going to sound awful but nothing 'grabs' me about your house: it looks well looked after but a bit 'dated'. :o Definitely needs a declutter around the TV, get rid of the pointless rug, the coffee table that blocks the radiator and move the armchair as it cuts the room in half. Bathroom curtains are too fussy, the carpet is a hygeine issue, not keen on the fish. Don't know what the green thing on the floor in the kitchen is but it looks like a trip hazard!

I like what you have done in the garden, except that it looks small and not suited to a family when this is a family house. The second garden photo shows there is space for kids to play, but no lawn. Is that building an outside loo or a shed? Why is it cutting your garden in half?

Can I ask if it is a good area as maybe people are ruling it out on factors not linked to your actual house?

Just an aside to help console you - My partner is selling her mothers house under probate near Harrogate and this has had about 2 viewings since March. It is going on with a different agent now though as I suspect this also had something to do with it.

(I am the one with lots of viewings and no offers! - maybe you could have some of my viewers). :)

Could you buy, beg or borrow some potted flowers for outside the front door and a tallish outdoor potted plant for the left side of the front window? This would make the front and entrance way look softer and more inviting.
