No viewings. Any advice please??

I’ve read with interest (and more than a little envy) the posts from people asking for advice because they have had plenty of viewings but no offers. I know this is traditionally a quite time but our property has been on the market since September without a single enquiry. It was initially pitched at the lower end of the EA’s estimate (which was also on a par with other estimates) and has since been reduced from £89,950 to 85,500. The EA told us that they weren’t getting many (any?) “Click-throughs” from people visiting the site. It was on their suggestion that we lowered the price & at the same time, they gave the property a “Premium Listing.” But still with no success.
From looking through the Rightmove site at similar properties in our postcode, I would say this price is reasonable, allowing for a little negotiation as is usual. There are some cheaper properties but not, in my (possibly biased) opinion having the same standard of d!cor and/or features, such as off road parking, separate dining room, enclosed rear garden etc.
I have tries added the link to the Rightmove site but as a new poster, the site woun't let me do it in case it's spam. If a more experienced member could contact me by Private Message, I'll pass the link on. I would appreciate any feedback on the way it is being marketed & any changes that may be needed.
The only things my wife & I can think of are that the picture of the front is a little off-putting as it is “just another terraced house.” But the EA tells us that the front has to be the main picture in the listing (is this actually true?) Also, I wonder if the addition of a floor plan would be a good idea. The photos can’t show the full size & extent of the main living room due to it’s “L” shape.
Thanks in advance & looking forward to your brutal honesty! If nothing else, a few hits might excite the EA.
