just found a site called insurence2go they are half the price of what phones4u are charging does anyone know what they are like.0

The standard warranty will only cover manufacturer design faults. Phone insurance would cover additional events such as water damage, loss of handset, replacement of phone rather than a repair, etc. Places like Phone4U will generally make most of their money through selling additional services like phone cover. I don't know what their policy is with insurance, but I would refuse the insurance cover when signing or find out if you can cancel it shortly after if not required.
Good luck.0 -
thankyou we are looking into getting cheaper insurence from somewhere else0

If you bank with Barclays or Natwest you can get a good deal on insurance for mobiles and it also covers other things like travel insurance and break down cover. With Barclays if you pay monthly £15 #i think it is, it covers 1 mobile or 2 if joint account, travel insurance, comprehnsive RAC break down cover, additional warranty on I think house hold goods upto 3 years so if it comes with one year they cover the 2nd year or if it comes with 2 years then they cover the 3rd year and few other things. check their booklets to confirm all the things it covers. Natwest also do a good one0 -
