My third adult is at college and they were aware of this and I also told them that he was not eligible for EMA or Adult learning grant and they have allowed me to claim for his travelling expenses. Thanks anyway. I have re-done forms and plan to re-submit tomorrow - will let everyone know the outcome! Wish me luck!0 -
Hi there :santa2: ( a seasonal santa!)
I have justed received a letter from RTLU asking me to send in my details again so they can assess me for early discharge.
My income hasnt changed or any of my outgoings so they stayed the same ( i think I may have made an error on my maintenance (put £25 less than I should have done - accidental). If they check the maintenance against my original soa they will see the discrepency so if they ask I will tell them it was my oversight (my ex agreed to increase it slightly after some strong discussions!). Even if they do take the extra £25 into account it shouldnt make much difference - I am well under the £100 or so they would normally want for IPA.
So, I wait now to hear the outcome. I suspose that no news is good news in bankruptcy dealings. Fingers crossed for everyone going through the same.
