Possible early discharge.....but worried!!

Hello all, I have received a letter from the OR asking for me to give my income and expenditure again. Nothing has changed on my original one I done when I went BR so should I just copy the information over?
The reason I am worried is because my case has been sent to a different office and I'm not sure how this OR will look at my 'other essential payments' The first OR I dealt with was a lovely lady who agreed with what I had put in but I'm now worried that the new OR will not and it states in the letter that it is to determine whether or not I can afford to make any payments to my creditors.
My automatic discharge will be at the end of April so do you understand my concerns or am I just acting like most people that receive this letter. Really don't want an IPA so I'm trying to weigh up whether I should just ignore the letter and wait for AD or go ahead and try to get ED but take the chance of having to be put on an IPA
..........Please help...
Thank you.

Do not ignore the letter! If nothing has changed, just send the one you first did. You can then state your case to the OR if necessary. Would think you should be fine, as long as you are honest and helpful.0

Yes I agree if there are no changes just send in same figures and any problems refer to old OR if required.
Sounds like a formality. It would be crap to get an IPA at this stage.
Good luck sizzler:T0 -
Thanks for the replies, would be interesting to hear if anyone has actually sent the same figures back and if they did try to put them on an IPA?0

I am sure someone on here will know the score. It would be good to know. Just when you think you are getting there Br throws another question at you.
Roller coaster I think.

Sure is a roller coaster. Time has flown by since April........I never thought for 1 second I'd be considered for ED.0

sorry to be the bearer of bad news! I sent the same figures back but the only difference was the way I laid them out and £24 reduction in water rates. Because it is now a different examiner she is telling me that they dont agree this and they agree that etc. I have had the opportunity to talk to her on the phone and she has asked me to re-submit, however I still think I may be lumbered. We didn't have an IPA before but now they want £125 each! Which beggars belief because if we had £250 spare we wouldn't have defaulted on our DMP as this was for £214!
I would do as advised, send back the original figures and state no change in circumstances and kep everything crossed! Good Luck!

If you ignore the letter that will stop ED they can still ask you to fill in a IPOQ regarding income and expenditure at anytime upto discharge they are just verifying your case . DONT IGNORE IT , some people have had quite a few to fill in before discharge0

Wow dottydora, sounds mad.
Its like a last attempt to take what little you have.
I hope everybody gets a goos result.
Only time will tell.
Keep us updated, my friends.

Right I will get onto it right away, is it worth putting a letter in with it saying that there are no changes or is this likely to annoy them?0
