Hi...I was just browsing through all the laptops on the John Lewis Site and noticed a load of Toshiba laptops were satellite...can someone explain what the difference between that and a 'normal' laptop is and are they better?
oh bit of a waste of time looking on that site...most laptops are out of stock!

I think, they might be able to pick up, direct signals from sky, so imagine, built in GPS, satellite phone, no need to find wifi to surf (connect to net while on the plane without flight's internet)
I wish, that happen soon.
For now, satellite is merely a name of a model of Toshiba Laptops. Like vaio for sony.0 -
